Pumpkin Chests, Trick or Treat Cheats and four new sprites arrive with Fortnitemares, which runs until November 1.
Four sprites for the season
Fortnitemares 2026 began on October 1 with four new sprites. Spooky Dash gives you dash charges that refill over time. Vampire restores health as you damage enemies. The Deer makes your melee attacks hit harder. Dumpster Dive lets you jump into a hiding spot to find food that restores extra health.
Where to look
New Pumpkin Chests across the Island can hold sprites. Cheat Codes have become Trick or Treat Cheats, and entering one can give you an extra treat alongside your sprite.
Loot Hacker Sprite Variants joined the Loot Hacks list with this update, next to Last Call, the Infantry Rifle, the Pumpkin Launcher, the Light Machine Gun and Slap Candy Corn.
Dates to know
Bounty Hunter Power Hours on October 3 made those variants appear more often. Honey and the Obsession sprite were scheduled for October 15 and arrived in v42.40. Fortnitemares runs until November 1, according to Epic.
